STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

Payment

Payment is due according to the terms listed on the sales order. Orders may be delayed until full payment is received. All payments must reference the applicable invoice or sales order number.

Compliance

Trade Management Group (DBA Hemp Supply) sells only federally compliant industrial hemp containing less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC on a dry-weight basis.

The Customer is solely responsible for ensuring that all hemp products are legal to purchase, receive, possess, or resell within their state or locality. Trade Management Group assumes no liability for Customer’s compliance with state or local laws.

Shipping & Inspection

Title and risk of loss transfer to the Customer once products are picked up by the carrier.

Customer must inspect all shipments immediately upon receipt. Any claims for missing items, incorrect products, or shipping damage must be submitted in writing within 48 hours of delivery. Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be honored.

No Returns, Cancellations, or Refunds

All sales are final. No returns, cancellations, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted for any reason.

Taxes

Customer is responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes related to the purchase, possession, or resale of products. Trade Management Group does not collect or remit sales tax on wholesale transactions.

By accepting a Sales Order or paying an Invoice, Customer acknowledges and agrees to these Terms & Conditions in full.
